He’s the guy who would often have an online connection to Karin, with his screen having no picture nor any personal information, and he would often say mean things to her. (I’m disliking the guy already … :P )

Tarsian also happens to be the one who created Orochi, the copy of Medusa that had been bombed to smithereens by the Americans.

I don’t think Tarsion is Karin’s father: Karin is usually annoyed at Tarsion, whereas she was quite happy when she got voice mail from her supposed father. Then again, things are twisted enough that Tarsion might actually be her real father while the supposed father is the fake. ^_^;;

I did think that Tarsion would have been a lot younger …
